2. Provide Key Details
Share important information, such as the type of care needed (childcare or eldercare), schedule, duties, and any special considerations (e.g., language skills, certifications).
3. Consultation and Admin Fee
Our team will reach out to discuss your request, clarify details, and ensure we fully understand your expectations. If you’re ready to proceed, we’ll request a $99 administrative fee, which is fully refundable if no candidates are selected.
4. Review Candidates
We’ll present you with a shortlist of pre-screened, qualified candidates who meet your requirements.
5. Interview & Selection
Schedule interviews with the candidates, either in person or virtually, and select the one who best fits your needs.
6. Placement Confirmation
Once you’ve chosen your caregiver or nanny, confirm the placement, and we’ll assist with any final steps, including contracts or scheduling.
7. Follow-Up Support
We’re here to provide ongoing support, ensuring the placement is a success, meets your expectations, and replacements if necessary.
